At Reliable Industrial, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund, subject to the terms below.

Most returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice or order confirmation.

• Damaged or defective items: Products that arrive broken, leaking, or non-functional due to manufacturing defects.
• Wrong product delivered: If the item received does not match your order invoice.
• Short quantity: If the delivered quantity is less than what was ordered and paid for.
• Quality mismatch: If the delivered grade, size, or specification differs from what was agreed.

For safety, hygiene, and logistical reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective at the time of delivery:

• Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, helmets, gloves, masks, and harnesses
• Cutting wheels, grinding discs, drill bits, and other consumable tooling
• Adhesives, sealants, paints, oils, greases, and chemicals once opened
• Custom-cut or special-order materials (e.g., cut wires, threaded rods, belts)
• Items without original packaging or invoice

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or phone at +91 8686751120.
2. Share clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and invoice.
3. Our team will verify the issue and confirm whether a return, replacement, or refund is applicable.
4. For approved returns, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions. Pickup is currently available for Hyderabad & Secunderabad; for other locations, courier return may be required.
5. Refunds or replacements are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If you paid via UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery, we may request your bank details to process the refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
